About these terms

These terms and conditions ("terms") are an agreement between you and GWIN9 Ltd ("GWIN9", "we", "us"), the operator of this website. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Each promotion, game and the referral program may also have its own rules. Where they apply, they form part of these terms.

Who can play

• You must be 18 or older. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
• You can hold only one account.
• The details you give us must be true, complete and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for making sure online gambling is legal where you live. Don't use the site anywhere it is not.

Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may ask you to verify your identity, address and payment method before you deposit, withdraw or claim a promotion.
• We may suspend or close an account if we suspect fraud, false details, more than one account or a breach of these terms.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Deposits and withdrawals

• The minimum deposit is AUD5.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made in your own name, using payment methods you are authorised to use.
• We may need to complete identity checks before a withdrawal is paid.
• Where possible, withdrawals are paid to the method you used to deposit.
• Processing times depend on the payment method. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees.
• Some promotions have their own minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, shown in the promotion rules.

Bonuses and promotions

• Each promotion has its own rules, such as eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity period and withdrawal limits. Check them on the Promotions page before you claim.
• Bonus funds may need to be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• We may cancel a bonus, and any winnings from it, if we find bonus abuse such as multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• We may change or end a promotion at any time. This doesn't affect bonuses already claimed in line with the rules.

Referral program

• Only refer people aged 18 and over.
• Referring yourself, or creating accounts to collect referral rewards, isn't allowed.
• Don't send spam, or post your link anywhere aimed at under-18s.
• Rewards are paid in line with the rules on the Referral page. We may withhold rewards for referrals that break these terms.

Fair play

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or other software to play
• work with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• use stolen payment details, or someone else's
• exploit a fault or error in a game or the website

If we find any of these, we may void bets, withhold winnings and close the account.

Games and errors

• Games are supplied by third-party providers and follow their own rules and paytables.
• Results are random. Past results do not affect future outcomes.
• If a game or system malfunctions, affected bets and payouts may be void.
• If a payout is made in error, we may correct it or recover the amount.

Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Set limits for your time and spending, and never chase losses.

Closing your account

• You can ask us to close your account at any time.
• We may close or suspend an account if these terms are breached, or if the law requires it.
• When an account closes, we return any balance not affected by a breach of these terms, after any required checks.

Our liability

• The site and games are provided "as is". We don't promise they will always be available or free of errors.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
• If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
